SC Extracts
Each SC Extract contains a selection of biologically active seaweed molecules tailored for either food, agriculture, or human health. These can be selectively isolated using standard extraction techniques - solvent extraction, enzymatic-assisted extraction, mechanical extraction, to name a few. Our first commercial extract is a water-soluble extract that provides superior clean label emulsification, binding and water retention in baked goods, sauces, dressings, noodles and ready meals.
